Staffanation: Now a Spanish-Speaking Staffing Agency

Se habla Espanol! With our newest staff member, Staffanation is now able to serve Spanish-speaking job applicants and employers. Customer Service Specialist, Haley Moore is now available to communicate and translate, making Staffanation a Spanish-speaking staffing agency in Cincinnati.

A recent graduate of the College of Charleston in South Carolina, Moore’s new position at Staffanation includes setting the tone for candidates and clients. “My job is to be the first friendly face or voice that people interact with when they come into the office or reach out over the phone,” she says. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Moore will be ready to work with a wide range of Staffanation contacts.

Passion for Language

Moore first began studying Spanish in middle school. Her interest led her to complete a degree in Spanish language and culture with a minor in linguistics. “I studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain, and lived in Bogotá, Colombia, teaching English on a Fulbright grant,” she explains. “I love the Spanish language and make every effort to immerse myself in it.” She enjoys reading books in Spanish, listening to Spanish music and just talking with Spanish-speaking friends.

Moore is bringing this passion to Staffanation; making it a Spanish-speaking staffing agency. “I help callers and visitors as much as I can, whether it be with application questions or reaching another member of our team.” Her organizational skills are valued by Staffanation, too: “I’m in charge of keeping the office as neat and organized as possible so that the rest of our team can keep doing the great work that they do.”

Cincinnati’s Spanish-Speaking Staffing Agency

Although she has not worked in a staffing agency previously, Moore understands job candidates’ needs. Having lost a previous job due to the pandemic, Moore says, “I know what it’s like to feel frustrated at the inability to find work, and want to be able to help others in a similar position.”

With her experience of living and working abroad, Moore also empathizes with those who speak other languages. “I know the frustration of not being understood due to a language barrier, so I welcome opportunities to facilitate coordination between our recruiters and Spanish-speaking individuals who are the perfect candidates for job openings.”

Moore is also looking forward to taking Staffanation beyond being a Spanish-speaking staffing agency. “I’m just beginning French,” she says, “but hopefully within the next year, Staffanation will be able to say ‘We speak French!’”
