Quanta is now hiring for a HCM Implementation Analyst paying between $65,000-$85,000/yr.
Job Details:
The HCM implementation Analyst is responsible for automating core payroll and time & labor functions for our clients through our HCM solution, UKG Ready. This includes implementation, testing, training, and support. The Implementation Analyst is also responsible for supporting special project requests such as accruals, custom reporting, and new feature releases. This position requires an exceptional understanding of UKG Ready system functionality, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and creating the best possible experience for our clients through innovative process improvement!

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience working with and/or implementing HRIS technologies.
• Minimum 3 years experience using UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready).
• Preferred bachelors degree and 3-7 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Preferred project management experience
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite.
• FPC or CPP Preferred
