Job Opening: Call Center Associate

Are you experienced with outbound calling? Do you have strong customer service skills, a professional phone voice and a friendly personality? You may qualify for this position. 

As a call center associate, you would make outbound calls during the entire shift. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen, credit check and criminal background check.  

A high school diploma or GED is required. Pay starts at $14 per hour with a pay increase upon hire. First shift positions are available. An excellent benefit package, which includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid holidays and vacations, is offered upon hire.  Multiple opportunities for advancement are available in the Greater Cincinnati area.
