Job Details: 
The Client Success Manager role is accountable for developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial strategic relationships with our Complete Care Clients. This is done through regular meetings with Clients’ decision makers, understanding their IT-related business needs and concerns, and providing guidance on how to get the most out of their IT environment and our services. 
 
Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the MSP industry in technical service delivery or account management role(s).  
  • A positive, supportive orientation toward colleagues, clients, and vendors. 
  • A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • The ability to balance the needs of customers and vendors with those of the company and our staff. 
  • A drive to embrace collaboration with others and the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. 
  • A passion for the quality of your work that demonstrates an ownership mindset. 
  • Consistent demonstration of the value of learning by welcoming training, coaching, and feedback. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage many projects and tasks simultaneously.
