Intrust-IT is now hiring for a Client Success Associate paying $45,000-$55,000/yr based on experience.

Job Details:
The Client Success Associate role is accountable for triaging new client request tickets for the Client Success team, including prioritizing and resolving as appropriate or otherwise assigning/routing. This role is also accountable for administrative, reporting/research, routine quoting/purchasing, and other facilitative or coordinative functions in support of the Client Success team responsibilities. This role is expected to be a source of expertise for relevant INTRUST systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the MSP industry in technical service delivery or account management role(s)
- A positive, supportive orientation toward staff and clients.
- A people person with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to balancing the needs of the customer with the Company and our staff.
- A drive to embrace collaboration with others and ability to shift gears at a moments notice.
- A passion for the quality of your work that demonstrates an ownership mindset.
- Consistent demonstration of the value of learning by welcoming training, coaching, and feedback.
- Ability to effectively self-manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
