Cincinnati Business Courier Features Staffanation
News of Staffanation’s rebrand and move toward modernizing the staffing process and empowering the agency’s employees to become the owners appeared in the Cincinnati Business Courier this week.
At the forefront is Cincinnati entrepreneur Tim Rettig, who purchased Premium Personnel, a Fairfield-based staffing agency, in early 2020. Rettig also led Intrust IT, a Cincinnati IT solutions provider, to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
“And with the rebranding finalized, Rettig is on to his next task: making the company employee-owned,” The Courier reported.
“This won’t be the first time Rettig has implemented an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). In November, Intrust finished its transition, one year ahead of its original schedule.”
Under its new name, Staffanation continues its mission is to connect job candidates with opportunity. Employers look to Staffanation for no-hassle hiring services like application processing, interviewing, screening and payroll services.
In 2019, the company placed more than 1,300 local people in jobs. Under this new ownership, the application process has moved online.
