Job Opening: Administrative Assistant

Are you very organized, able to multi-task and attentive to detail? 

In this position you would have responsibilities such as:

  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Preparing reports and presentations 
  • Collating paperwork and filing
  • Answering and transferring phone calls 
  • Planning and scheduling appointments
  • Drafting correspondence 

Entry-level computer skills, customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are required. Pay is between $13-$16 per hour based on experience. First shift positions are available.
